Transaction Procedures
Foreign Currency Cash Exchange Customers can visit our branch in person or call us on 03 7023 0398 in advance to make an order for a currency and amount. When our customer service representative has arranged the buy/sell currency, they will then contact you to advise the time, method of payment and exchange rate. Please remember to bring requested identification or other related documents with you to ensure a smooth withdrawal. International Payment The international payment services provided by FPG PAY mainly consists of two types: Exchanging AUD into a foreign currency to remit out of Australia; or Exchanging a foreign currency into AUD to transfer into Australia. The specific process for the above methods is detailed below. Please contact our customer service representative on 03 7023 0398 if your needs do not fall into either of these categories. 1. Exchanging AUD into a foreign currency to remit out of Australia Transfer your AUD into FPG PAY’s nominated AUD account via online banking or bring cash to our office. For online transfers, please call or send an email to Great Forex on or before the day of your transaction to confirm the details of our nominated AUD account. Email your transaction receipt/evidence to FPG PAY, ensuring recipient’s name and bank details are clearly shown. Upon receipt of funds, FPG PAY will contact you to arrange the currency exchange and remit to your nominated account. You do not need to exchange on the spot, you are able to wait until a suitable exchange rate to do so. 2. Exchanging a foreign currency into AUD to transfer into Australia Call or send an email to FPG PAY to request our nominated foreign currency account. Please note, our nominated foreign currency account may change daily, so if the transfer is not made on the same day as your request, please ensure you contact us again for new account details. Email your transaction receipt/evidence to FPG PAY, ensuring recipient’s name and bank details are clearly shown. Upon receipt of funds, FPG PAY will contact you to arrange the currency exchange and remit to your nominated account.
